What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Passionate customer service professionals – Call Centre, Retail, or Hospitality backgrounds encouraged!
🔹 Attention to detail – Accurately process and manage claims.
🔹 Strong communication & Problem-solving skills – Confidently support customers in difficult situations.
🔹 Tech-savvy – Comfortable navigating multiple systems and dual screens.
🔹 Previous claims or Insurance experience? A bonus but not essential!

Your Role:

🏠 Assist Queenslanders in their time of need – Manage property claims from lodgement to resolution.
📞 Handle high-volume inbound calls – Provide reassurance and guidance to policyholders.
📜 Ensure accuracy & compliance – Follow policies and regulations.
🔍 Investigate & process claims – Liaise with assessors, builders, and stakeholders.
